now that you can see what I did to my poor car... Could you guys explain to me, why between -3 and 0psi there is a very low noteWHISTLE soundcoming out of my engine bay?(driver side of the car)... if I go over 0...i'm good...under 3 mhg... i'm good... the noise is not constant... it changes but it's present only between -3 and 0psi...

and if you are really smart (like me) and modest (like me)... you can figure out the way you can use the black housing that comes with it, to put it in the vent with no aditional ring
NOW... guys this sound is not from sucking air(i think) it's really low frequency and it isONLY noticeable at 0 PSI... what happens at 0 PSI that could make that noise? some sort of vibration? something is making that sound. and it's probably not a whistle sound[&:]sorry...
BY THE WAY,after 10mph the ESP light is on until i turn off the engine... if you think you know why tell me... if not, I will start a separate thread about it.

Good gauge. I run it white because the amber color doesn't match the TT's lighting at all [:'(] too orange. The white is way brighter than the gauges too...I tried to run a potentiometer but for some reason it ran a ton of current through it and overheated...just for an LED? Weird. I just run a switch to turn it off sometimes at night cuz it's bright like you jammed a xenon HID in your vent. If you turn it off during the day you can still kinda see past the tinted face a little. Might chop up some tint film to fix that.
it also has red.... and red is not bright at all. we should figure out how to have it white in the day time(lights off) and RED not amber at night (lights on) that would be awsome...
right now i have it to where it's off with the lights off and WHITE with the lights on.
And i still don't know why my engine is making that SEA LION noise at 0 PSI?

Start your car and go stick your head next to the intake and hear what the sucking sounds like. If need be, have someone give it a little gas and you can then search for the noise if its not the filter.
