Hello everyone.
My concert stereo has gone the way of most by the sound of it and now has a very loud volume. It is too expensive to send it to the UK to fix [i'm in NZ] what with the exchange rate etc.
My question is this:
My stereo number is 4B0 035 186 D& this is connected to the factory CD changer. [the botttom 2 pics] The only replacement stereo that i can find is model # 4B0 035 186 A[the top pic] & this has two different buttons on it. Is this compatable in the sense that I can plug in the CD changer or do I need to get the D model stereo?
Many Thanks in advance. No one here has ever heard of the stereo problem - the Audi service center here said an exchenge stereo would cost $800.00 !!!!!!
