No need for turbo timers?
This guy i kno with an s4 told me about a After run coolant pump thermal switch from ecstuning, said that the S4 came equipped with an after-run system from the factory and pumps coolant through the system for up to 10 minutes after the car has been shut off. but it only works when the temp reaches 235F. The upgraded one turns on at 198F. Its alot cheaper then a turbo timer, but is it better?
Better isn't necessarily the operative word here.
It is a separate system - albeit a nice upgrade to add if you do a lot of hard driving. But for the turbos, it does little.
If you have driven the car on a "spirited" run, then you will want to keep the engine running for a couple of minutes to allow the turbines to cool down. The coolant switch you refer to has nothing to do with the turbines and their lubricants that are hot after a spirited run.

You don't even need to get a TT.
Just idle your car for a few minutes after hard driving. (I open my driver's door when I stop and wait for the door open "ding" to stop.)
If you don't do hard driving, then you don't need a TT at all.
