i don't think the 3-series Touring offers much competiton, even if you stretched to the 5-series, i think you'll still fall short. i'm not up to date on Volvo or Saab, but i'm pretty sure they'd both require some serious modifications after purchase to match a stock S4 Avant. Mercedes? bah! nothing there either.</P>
