Looking for an original owners manual for a 1999 A6 Quattro.

There are a couple of esellers who deal in that sort of thing.

Did you buy the car used, and it didn't come with one? I was in that boat, ordered a new manual from Audi, read it and found the part.."the owner's manual is kept on its own shelf under the steering column. Yup, that's right - found the original manual there. Returned new manual.

 

I have been looking for one too. I just bought a a6 quattro last weekend and it doesn't have one (at least so I think, I will have to check under the column tonight). That would be great if it was in there.

Anyway, if you really don't have one, I have found that an Audi dealership is about the best actually. The ones on ebay are without a case and only the owners manual. If you get it from the dealer, another $10 gets you a leather case and all the manuals (owners, radio, etc.). He said something like 4 manuals.
