Hey Guys

I just joined the forums to gain some information before I buy a B5S4. I am going to look at one this weekend but the owner has told me that the car is showing an engine check light. He has found out the code is P1174 Fuel Trim, Bank 1 Different injection times.
Is this a major problem and should I avoid it?

The car has 133k miles on it but I have been told it has been fully maintained and has just had $1500 spend on it.
