I straight piped from the cats back and I get some popping every now and then. But the sound is awesome, not too high pitched. I also did dual pipes from the cats back. I would stick with a muffler though so there wont be so much popping. Not to mention the stock exhaust is really heavy. I'l try and get some videos up on youtube sometime soon.

search you tube, there is a video out there of a guy that did that. I thought it sounded pretty good for just cutting out the mid muffler.

I did it and it sounds really good in my opinion. I was afraid of it getting too loud but it's just right. I posted something awhile back I'll try and find it. Also, I just picked up the SSAutochrome exhaust and getting it installed tomorrow so I hope to do some before (stock w/out resonator) and after sound clips. I went out and got the before already so once it stops raining I'll try and get this up.

Yeah, I put in my first order right after Christmas but was never charged cause they were out of stock. I talked with the people there and told them to keep my place in line but I ended up getting an email that said they had them instock at 5:00pm last friday. I went straight home and ordered it, then last night I picked it up from FedEx. They are going fast, there was even another one on the same truck as mine going somewhere else in the Bay Area.
