i'm guessing they take on a different personality if you buy a car from them, but overall i am not happy with their service. their customer service reps in the service dept are turds. they never call you when your car is ready. they are not personable, mainly the male rep that works there. they ordered the wrong parts a couple times, and then tell me this after i've driven over an hour to the dealership. don't always wash your car after a service. i would avoid this place if you have the choice.
