I was wondering if any of you guys would know which car would win in this scenario, or if this anyone has run against a CL-S.

6-spd manual transmission

The S4 should win hands down. The only chance the CL-S might have would be on the freeway at speed. Off the line is would be ugly. Even if the CL had the limited slip...(can't remember when they put it in, but I believe they included it with the manual trannie), It would have 0 chance off the line.
