Sodecided to go for a drive. I'm cruising down this country road, my laser detector goes off!! It says 85 MPH, and I'm in a 40, basically F*****. The cop doesn't come after me!!! WTF 45 over! Are they really that lazy?

He was in this elevated parking lot thing off to the side of the road that I didn't even know was there.

 

He probably just parked there taking a nap with radar/laser on or doing something else not pay attention. Anyway, you are lucky.

 

Yeah dude, I'd count your blessings. But I cannot say enough about how good of an investment a radar detector is, I have saved myself sooo much on insurance if it weren't for mine!
