Might be a O2 sensor or your fuel filter</P>

yeah you are running lean which means you are not getting enough fuel. Bascially your fuel to air ratio is not correct - or it not being seen as correct byb the car.
My guess is like Slim with the O2 sensor. The fuel mix is probably ok, but the malfunctioning O2 sensor thinks you are getting too much air in the fuel mix.
