New to the board tonight. I bought my A5 about 2 weeks ago and still have this huge smile on my face. After 3 A4's I was very satisfied with the Audi brand and bought my A5 over the phone before I saw my first one. Local dealer (Indiana) said it would be 9-12 months to order and no promises on anything before. He did not try hard enough, there are a few out there. I drove to the Chicago area and picked up my new A5. Then the next night I drove to thelocal dealership to collect my deposit from the car I had ordered. (Initially I was told 2-3 months) I emptied the Audi, Volkswagon and Benz dealership along with the service people as none of them had seen one either. What fun.
