its running stage3+ for sure. i have a video of a street race from lights, s4 vs z06. z06 got smoked, but the s4 was the gumball s4, so u know damn well it was fast. that s4 has some serious mods to be dipping into 11's like that

i was in West Virginia on thr Summit Point track last weekdend and one of the drivers that i was Pit Crew for has a 95' S4 and he's pushin' some power in it, and he told me that he plays with Vette's like nothing

This is a really late comment...But whatever...The S4 no doubt will prolly take any car with high torque off the line given that it is 4 wheel drive...Unless the other car has racing slicks and can get them hot and sticky before the run....The Vette is a beast...don't ever be fooled...its the second fastest production car. But obviously the Vette 1. Did not have a good driver...2. I don't think he even tried...If this was a stick shift you would have heard the vette rev up way louder than the S4 am i right? You didn't even hear the vette in this race...I think a more accurate result of a good race between these cars would have been a good launch by the S4 and the Vette catching up making it close near the end but the S4 still winning...

I agree with the posts saying there's something wrong with the corvette... either a bad driver or he was just fooling around. There's no way an 11 sec S4, or any car for that matter would beat even a stock ZO6 by that much unless like previously stated... bad driver or something went wrong or w/e.

The rear dif comes up and smacks off the bottom of the car. The dif has play in it.

guess I would have to see it.

Think about it, with a hard shift to 2nd, and with 320pd of torque, the diff takes a beating.

113 is on par for a 12.6 in a full run...if he gave up, the trap would be lower, and that sounds about right for a stock Vette.

I love how so many of you are amazed with his gearshifintg and launch... Have all of you not had experience with launching stick Audi cars?

I am not insulting any of you, just it surprises me that more of you aren't racing your audis.

I got to drive my uncle's / boss's / Rs4 heh and i raced stangs / vettes / and a viper.

If you havn't had a chance to race yet.. i recommend gettin some practice lol cuz a propper launch is all it takes to get the advantage on your side.

LOL at the Z06 fanboys. The audi annihalated the Z06 because it was quite highely tuned. Comments such as the Z06 not trying is rubbish as it ran 12 secs which is good for a car running 500hp. I think that S4 has between 500- 600hp BTW. Ive seen vids of it b4. And before anyone says that the Z06 was indeed not trying I have this video of a S4 versus a Z06 were both cars this time round are slower because theyre not tuned but the S4 still wins.

good run the only problem is i think that chevy saw this and made the c6 as fast as the old z06 and the new z06 is something rediculous. but i still love what the s4 does, a four door 3500lb+ car running 11's its a beautiful thing.

We never see the corvette at all so how do you know the s4 smoked it when maybe there was something wrong with the car and someone used it as an opportunity to exploit the S4? But yes the S4 driver was awsome
