anyone got any recommendations for what products to use to clean/protect the leather/vinyl parts of the seats?

also...anyone use the mr. clean autodry car wash to wash their rides? likes/dislike about it?

On the leather care you want a good pH-balanced conditioner to help protect against heat damage. My detail shop uses the Lexol Leather Conditioner that is available at Autogeek.net and other places.

If you read earlier posts we have discussed washing the A3 several times and the understanding is to avoid car washes unless you like lots of stratches.

 

I have always used the armorall wipes and found that they work well. However they do tend to be streaky and make the leather/vinyl really shiny almost to the point of anoyance but that fades after about a week. I look forward to hearing what other people have to say about their cleaning products though b/c i am always on the hunt for the new hot product!

 

yeah, i'd never take my car to a car wash...but the autodry thing is a contraption you hook up to your garden hose to soap/rinse your car at home...

anyone try meguiars leather wipes? i'm just concerned about something being too shiny or greasy on my black interior..
