Space in A3 vs A4?

im not sure about you guys, but ive had ALOT of time in 2007 A4s (like literally 3,000 miles) due to my 2006 A3 always being at the dealer.
i can tell you that the a4 is much bigger and more comfertable than the A3. So much that I am looking to trade my A3 in for 1.
The acceleration feeland pedal feel however is horrible. Brakes are awesome. Sport mode is fun in the a4. Engine sounds like crap in the A4.
The A3 rear seats are straight clastrophobic (spelling?) to sit in. The roof is so low and the seats are not very comfertable becasue they are shallow and not deep like in a sedan.

Just returned from dealer after dropping my S4 off for an oil change.
Talked to the sales guy who told me the A3 and TT will come with an option for quattro in 2009 model year (approx Sept 08) for the 2.0T models.
Good news ... if he is correct.
