Default 2006 A4 Engine Clicking Noise

What is this...one mechanic (not Audi dealership) said it was "normal" in the Turbo versions...I DO NOT believe this...any ideas? I'm taking it to an Audi deal later this week to have them check it out. It has 92k miles on it, runs smooth, but when it'd idle there is a clicking/knocking noise in the engine.

Without some sort of description of the clicking noise it is impossible to tell you anything.. But no, clicking isn't normal..

I dont like taking anything to Audi because they think their "time" is very valuable.. If you have a small euro dealership near you, they usually service too.. And for half the price (literally)

could be that the lifter arent oiled enough, run the car and check the oil if its a little low, run it for about 15 mins take off the valve covers and compair the chains, if ones more oiled than the other than that the problem, if there both bone dry you need a new oil pump - pulled this off a thread over at audizine my comp wouldnt let me attatch the link but that solved the problem for that guy.
