Hey guys,

I'm hoping I'm not the only person with this problem and that someone might be able to shed some light on the situation.

I've got a 2015 A4 Komfort line, and I connect my phone to the car with the AMI cable (there's no bluetooth music, only phone calls). My old phone connected no problem and was able to read the music files on the phone and everything was fine, but I recently got a Galaxy S7 and for some reason it connects and recognizes, but can't find music files.

The phone is set to MTP mode, so it's should have read access no problem. I've tried a bunch of things but nothing seems to work.

 

Any luck yet? Having issues with my 2015 as well. Out of all the pros of this car, the out-dated audio is a huge con....

How did you connect your first phone?

 

I connected my first phone normally through the AMI interface. It worked no problem. The Galaxy S7 doesn't seem to work the same way.

I still haven't got it to work.

Is there no way to updated the software on the car?
