Whats up!?!

Ok I did a search on this problem I am having but didn't really find anything that helped my issue.

This is my problem.

When I arm the car it would usually take about a sec then the lights will blink along with the beep, telling me the car is locked and armed. But for the last week or so the car arms and locks all doors, and the lights blink as normal but no BEEP! I know with vagcom you can set the car to beep or do both beep and horn. I don't have the horn option because I get home really late from work and don't like to bug people.

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or if they know the location of the beep so that it can be inspected? I know the beep comes from the rear passenger of the car but no idea of it location.

I know the car is armed but I miss the beep! lol I find my self going back outside double checking that I armed the are since I don't have that beep.

Also my rear passenger door window regulator is broke, I guess the plastic green thing cracked and it not holding the crimp on the steel cable. I took the door panel apart to see how hard it would be to replace the window regulator and I did disconnect the plugs and placed them when I was done looking. Could the beep be in that door? And how hard is it to change out the window regulator? Should I take it to a shop or just Do it myself.

I tried to clear the error but it comes back.

But the door does lock and unlock. I also noticed the the floor light doesnt stay on only blinks when I hit the remote.
