Eh? most serious of what possibilites? IN2 does not indicate anything except that the car has run enough mileage to be serviced according to the AoA service plan (I believe the first IN2 hits at 75000 miles and hits every 30K after that). I do all my own work - the dealer's anticipated service plan means nothing to me so I clear the code as soon as I get it...
Note that there are things like the greasing of the sunroof tracks, etc that are done on this service, that a typical owner would not think to do themselves...
