Hesitating throttleresponse after DV install
Just finished with replacing the Bosch stock valve for the Forge DV 006,
When riving the engine hood open i cant hear the valve open, is the sound on these valves noticeable ?, im worried the piston inside has stuck or that got the installation wrong allthough the physical layout of the valve its pretty the same as the stock one, the small vacumhose should face upwars right. (bought the valve second hand)
Another thing, i get the impression now that the engine hesitates on throttleopening, much more so then before the change.
What is your experience using this valve compared to the stock one in terms of throttelresponce, sound,
On these cars ive heard the engine needs some mileage for selftuning when you have made some alterions on the engine as new mapping, chipping, new valve and soforth, is this correct or just bs ?
Thanks for any answeres
