Default How do I get outside air through the Vents ??

Ok, please don't laugh at me. I can't figure this out. I recently bought a 2003 Audi A4 3.0L V6 with AWD. All I am trying to do is let outside air flow into the car through the vents. How do I do that ? I have hit the Econo button hoping that has something to do with it, but the air coming in is not the same temp as what is outside (like if it's cool out, the airflow is still warmish).

So, what's the proper procedure ? I've looked at the manual, and pushed the buttons and I guess I'm an idiot.

and no one will laugh at you for this because many don't know what they are for and that's why they drive round with misted windows when it rains

To just pull in air hit the econo button it turns off the compressor and just runs the fan, the reason the air is warmish is becasue it pulls air over the engine(which is hot) before it comes inside the car

There are four switches to the left side of the drivers seat (on the door armrest), that will let in all the outside air you can handle!

ok ok ok. got it !! Thanks for the info.

don't laugh about the window controls -- i've resorted to that, and to venting the sunroof. but i like it quiet !!

your pretty much stuck with turning on the a/c or rolling down your windows, the vent sucks.
