Oil recommendation

Hi Folks!
A4 1.8T Due oil change, What oil do you think should be used?
i've been told either Mobil 1, or Castrol LSX2 would be fine
or maybe you think some other............

any decent synthetic is fine.

5w-40 weight is good.

I use Elf brand, only thing a local VW/Audi performance shop carries: www.lubricants.elf.com
