Maybe I'm too dense to find it, but does anyone know if there is a listing of the various option codes used by Audi?

I bought my car used from an independent and all they could tell me was what was obvious. The Owners Manual seems to have all sorts of codes, most of which I am sure are mindane, but I would like to check them out anyway. Any help most appreciated.

 

Option codes?
1) As in the packages that came on your car?
2) or the codes that the VAG-COM reads?
3) or the codes that you can get your climate control unit to display?

well..if its 1 you can find out by goin to www.audi.com and registering yourself and your audi. You'll need the VIN when you register.

for 2 and 3, do a search..I know there have been posts on this. audiworld has a list of all/most of the codes for you climate control unit.

At the risk of repeating myself, thanks for the help. It was in fact #1 that I was interested in, so I'll go to Audi and register.
