only thing that I can think of is the previous owner removed it and replaced the bolts with new socket heads. the bolts on the side by the fuse panel are the same size.
I got the ones off the fuse panel easy enough, but the previous owner may have had the bolts changed on him. someone put on a bluetooth wireless speaker phone, so i think it was removed then. i may have to drill them out, and put in some normal sockets or something

i finally got them out, they were some weird bit, but my drill kinda messed them all up. I did find some bolts like the ones on the side, now everything is matching and i can take them all out with a 8mm!!! w00t

now should i mount the amp on the botton the the rear deck?
