Kitty litter works extremely well. I keep a bag of it in the garage at all times.

kitty litter is awesome...i'd go with that first to get most of it up...then buy a bottle of the spray at kragen, autozone, pep boys, even wally world will have it i'm sure (it's a spray specifically for oil spills on driveways)

EDIT: if you go straight to the spray without soaking up the excess first, you'll spread the oil out and create a bigger stain...even though it looks "dried up" there is still alot of oil there, it has no where to go...the kitty litter will draw it out and soak most of it up.

Make sure you buy the clay type kitty litter. Not the wood or cellulose stuff = nasty!

getting old oil stains off the cement floor is not easy. Pour some brake fluid on it. Then wipe it up after 20 mins.
