I think I found them! Behind the radio and climate control unit, there are some black plastic things with some red and some blue plastic things on them. Are those the actuators?

I didn't have to remove anything to see them. But, I had to lay on the passenger side floor, looking up towrads the middle of the car. I'll look into it more tonite.
