Default Where is my circuit breaker board?

Just got my first A4 a week ago and I'm loving it so far. When I purchased it the windows and sunroof all worked great but I went through a drive-thru the other night and nothing worked. Looked for the fuse but the owners manual said that it was on a circuit breaker. Didn't say where that was. I was hoping someone could tell me where it is located and how to reset. Also, any suggestions to why this happened?

To find the fusebox, you must open the driver's door and then look to the left of the steering wheel. The fuse box is actually in the area where the front part of the door closes and practically meets the side of the dash. There is a medium size plastic piece about 8 inches from the steering wheel that pulls off and reveals the fuse box.

The car is a 2000 1.8T. I know where the fuse box is but the windows don't run through a fuse (that would be too simple). Where exactly is the circuit breaker and how does one go about reseting it once it trips?

And on an unrelated note, at night when I have the car running and close the doors, the interior lights say on a long time before turning off (about 30 seconds). I know with my BMW's if the car was running, the lights would dim out as soon as the door closed. Is this normal or is something strange happening?

The interior lights take around 30 seconds to dim.

I was under the impression that they automatically reset themselves...?
They are number 22 and 23 on the 8-way relay carrier, which is located behind the drivers kick panel (see attachment).

Well that's what I thought too but they aren't working and I dont know why. How am I supposed to source an electrical short if there is an automatic circuit breaker in the way? Those Germans, sometimes they design things too well. I'm hoping that I can just switch the breaker or unplug it, do something to it to reset it.
