Hi folks, I'm looking at an 08 CPO A6 and wondered if anyone sees anything funky about this one : Used 2008 Audi A6 AUTO For Sale | East Hartford CT

To me, the price (low for CPO) and carfax make me a bit weary. The carfax doesn't mean much, but the complete lack of any recorded maintenance scares me a bit...

Am I Paranoid?

 

The price is about right because of the age. I purchased a 2008 CPO from Hoffman with the same options 18 months ago with about the same mileage and it was ~$32k. So about $5k less sounds right for another 18 months of depreciation.

 

Sounds and looks clean. Check for the original Dealership the A6 was sold first, most likely the maintenance was done there and they should have all the service records with the original lic. plate # of the A6.

 

That price is about right. Hoffman or any dealer can run the VIN and give you the maintenance records if done at a dealer.
