2000 A6 2.8 has three codes even after o2 sensor replacement. Didn't help the issue.
p1110 Bank 2 sensor 2 heating short to B+
P1140. Bank 2 sensor 2 internal resistance too high
P0160. O2 sensor check no activity 2/2

I read that the bank 2 is the drivers side so I replaced the drivers rear with a new Bosch sensor-direct replacement. Same codes. Sounds like a short. Any help would be appreciated.

Sensor 2 is downstream of CAT. I hope that's the ones you replaced, as sensor 1 is upstream of CAT.
Bank 1 = Pass side, Bank 2 = Driver side
You did clear the codes after replacement, right, and not just reading the old codes.
