Is this 2000 A6 a good deal?
2000 Audi A6 2.7t V6 Twin Turbo Quattro
Also, how are Audi's overall from this year/model? Should I expect alot of expensive repairs?
Thanks!

It looks well kept up, but there are a lot of things to ask. Obviously the big one is how many miles the car has; the fact he doesn't have it on there probably means that it's relatively high. Then inquire as to the most recent timing belt job and whether any of the turbos have been replaced/serviced. Try to get a detailed history from him, in writing if possible, it's important to know your car! In general, these cars can be very expensive to repair/fix, but if you're willing to do some of the labor yourself it might be worthwhile. That's why it's important to get an idea of the history of the car to see whether it's been 'lemony' or not. Honestly I have two '99 A6's and one of them is a tank and I've barely had to put any money into it while the other seems to have everything wrong with it while still running.
Ask him frankly what electronics don't work, because I guarantee there's something that's stopped working in the last 13 years (simple things like heated seats/steering wheel, auto dimming mirrors, door contact switches that notice when the doors are open, window switches, etc.). See if he has any of the floormats, they're around $100 for a whole set so I hope that he at least has the original carpet ones (I highly recommend everyone gets the OEM all-weather rubber ones).
If everything looks good, miles are in a reasonable range (honestly if it's under 160k you'll get lucky), and he JUST did the timing belt and he maybe even replaced the turbos recently, then sure it's probably worth around the price he's asking for. Chances are that it's probably been a while since the timing belt has been done, though, and I'm almost positive that he's never touched the turbos, that will knock down the price into the $3500-4000 range. Beware he might be stubborn and think his car is worth a lot more than it actually is, haha, but I think we all have that problem with these older Audi's.

Agree with ^^
Unless it's sub 100K miles, even with all the things he says have been "recently" done, that's a little high. I would also question why he had the valve cover(s) off (to take a picture?). Looks pretty clean, so maybe you're looking at a good one, but the auto transmissions tend to wear out quick with the turbo cars if driven aggresively, and that can be a $3-4000 repair right there...
Just remember these are expensive vehicles to own. If you're cool with that, the 2.7t A6 is one of the best cars you'll ever drive.

You're going to be REALLY hard pressed to find an early A6 C5 with less than 100k these days. We're sort of reaching the point where you should be wondering about the SECOND timing belt job, not the first.

How long has he owned it and why is he selling. His selling points sound fantastic, so why unload a 13-year old car with possibly high miles. Recommend you have it inspected by someone who knows Audis and drive it 50-100 miles to shake out any CELs. BTW, I'm at 206k miles and did the second TB back at 185k. Looking forward to #3 in a few years.
