Hi All, new member so be gentle!! I have a 2007 A6 2.0TDI Avant, my wife was driving it today and she says it lost power no smoke or noise, just felt like it was not boosting, emissions service light then came on. When I got home tonight started the car, sweet and smooth tickover, car pulled away nicely, boosting well, then started to feel sluggish, no noise just a drop in power. Stopped the car switched off restarted and its fine, then as you drive it starts getting sluggish again. Its almost like pressure is building up but then not releasing, could this be an air leak or a stuck wastegate? pretty sure its not the turbo as someone told her today?

Its booked into Audi in the morning for diagnosis so will keep you all informed in case someone has the same issue, but does anyone have any thoughts?

Hi there, yes all sorted, was the EGR, £600+ quid with Audi and now working well since!
