Default Programming the Instrument Cluster

I've just purchased a 2007 A6 and trying to tailor the instrument cluster to my liking. Is there a way to change the predefined information on the individual modes? Specifically, I am trying to get rid of "Average Fuel Economy" and insert my speed in digital form.

Many thanks,
Mark
