Here is the deal, it is not on dealers lot as they bought it wholesale from a lease return (surprise surprise) and they are waiting for it to transport. They took ownership on the 17th which is not that long to accept any deal I'm sure.

Being as its not on their lot they have not certified it yet and that $31k is a non certified price, they confirmed they will jack it up when/if they certify it. Certify it or not?

What negotiating power do I have? Would purchasing it before Thursday (last day of month) work?

Also, I realize that the audi care is waste of money at this point because they will have performed the next service before they sell it to me. $800 is alot for one more scheduled maintenance before the 40k cut off

I am estimating they picked it up wholesale anywhere from $25k to $28k including transport fees.
