Just replaced both sides of my A6 valve cover gaskets, chain tensioner gaskets and the rubber half moon inserts. In the process I found that some idiot had gotten a wire stuck between the pass side valve cover and the gasket! Just smashed the wiring cover flat and no damage, I don't think to the wire. The half moon rubber inserts were hard and brittle and leaking big time!
BTW- did the tensioner gaskets without a chain tensioner tool. Just a set of pics and patience.
