Default Dr. Tranny for torque converter shuddering?

I just got a 2007 A6 with 75,000 but I'm noticing 250-500 RPM jumps iwhen I'm right around 30 MPH. I'm guessing that could potentially be a torque converter issue down the road. Upon asking my audi guy he suggested trying Dr. Shudder Fixx or Dr. Tranny (drtranny.com). Has anyone used these in the past and did they work? Also, this comes in a tube to be added -- where do i access the transmission fluid container? Thanks in advance!

If you have to ask where to access teh fluid container I suggest you stop before you break something and snake oil won't help you.

Get you car to a dealership or nice euro indy shop and pull codes. Have them look at it. It may not be the torque convertor could be other issues.
