Frontrak or Quattro
Previous 2005 3.2 A6 Quattro owner here. Looking to purchase another one (used 3.2 frontrak). Am I going to be disappointed buying a frontrak this go round?
I am a simple business commuter...no racing here, just pure comfort driving with the rest of the shmucks stuck in traffic) I sure did like the handling of my previous Audi, or is it relative in comparison to a company ford Taurus I was driving before.

If you don't have inclement weather where you are at (and you don't actually see a use for AWD) then don't feel ashamed for going to FWD. It'll save you on gas big time! I don't think you should notice a huge difference in handling - I'm pretty sure it keeps pretty much the same suspension setup on the front which is all you really feel unless you're REALLY turning a corner.
I personally live in a really snowy area and everyone without 4WD/AWD can't even get up our driveway so it's pretty much necessary.
