Cig lighters don't work which I need for my cell phone charger. Any idea which fuse it is? My fuse panel doesn't show what fuse is for what. Thanks.

there should be a sticker on the pannel that has the descriptions on it if you don't have one go get one. part #8D0 010 151 T. heres what mine says:
