Default Jiffy Lube couldn't change my oil...help?!

I have a Audi A6, 2013, but new to me. The "service" light came on, at 27000 miles, so I just assume that's for an oil change.

Spent a half hour at Jiffy Lube and they said they don't have the right size wrench to get the plate off.

Is this generally true for A6 or was this just a lame Jiffy Lube? I don't want to go to the dealer bc I'm too cheap! Want to just use a lube shop.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,
Dana

Recommendation is to get a Honda. If you want to be cheap that is the perfect car.

The service light indicated the car needs to be services. Did you check the manual for what the service interval entails?
