Hi All,

I just changed the steering rack, axle, brake pads(I got into a serious argument with the gentlemen at Consumer Auto over the size of my rotors, they do not carry the pads for 322mm rotors, and was insisting that they do not exist, luckily I brought the old pad with me), and TRE's on my 2000 A6 2.7T quattro. Have to say the steering rack was the toughest part of the job, the bolt on the bottom was the worst part, at the end we were able to go under the rack with an air ratchet, using a 3" extension, and a swivel. Anyway, the air bag light just came on in the car, after I drove about 100 miles .

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue, and could shed some light on what the problem could be, and/or how I could fix it?
