Default Need Help!!! Misfires

I just replaced the timing belt (plus all pulleys, thermostat w/housing, tensioner and serpentine belt), cam seals, valve cover gaskets and spark plugs on my 2004 Audi A6 2.7t (BEL). I bought the kits from Blauparts and rented their tools. I used the crankshaft locking pin and the cam locking tool during the replacement process. After re-assembly I am getting codes for multiple random misfires on #2 and #5. If I erase the codes and drive it a few miles, I get codes for multiple random misfires on #1, #2, #3 and #5. After checking compression I have next to none on #2. I have changed coil packs and spark plugs around but no change. VAG COM gives a reading on cam bank 1 (-3.0) and cam bank 2 (0.0). The timing degree fluctuates between 6 and 24 degrees BTDC. I am trying to figure this out without having to take it to the dealership, but I am out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated
