Default Visor clip broke in my 2002 A6, doesn't have screws?

I've been a lurker for a very long time, normally I can search and find everything I am looking for, however this is one issue that I can find plenty of posts about, however none seem to apply to my type of clip.

The following are pictures from my car. I wanted to get this fixed but the dealer is charging 30 dollars for the clip, and 90 for labor. I can't believe it to be too hard, hopefully someone will lend me and hopefully others a helping hand. As you can see I lack the screws that seem to be on the other types of clips.

Also my pillar trunk button broke, but they are charging 130 for the part and 100 for labor on that. I just decided to shove in the old button without the spring as was suggested in another thread. When I have 200 spare bucks I will fix it correctly.

Thanks for your help in advance, I wish I just had the money to throw around and say fix it, however as a college student I just can't. Also it can be quite rewarding to do the things yourself.

Great post. Pictures are helpful. Changed this out last night, most of my time was spent on the last part (pulling out the actual clip) as I concerned about breaking stuff up there or tearing the interior with the screwdriver. Once I got it out, I realized it was just clipping over the metal on the roof so I could pull it out and even break it if necessary without breaking stuff. My only other suggestion would be to just be careful with the flat head screwdriver as you pry it down so you don't tear the interior. In hindsight, I wish I would have taken a picture of this area after I pulled the clip out. Anyway, hope this info is helpful.
