2007 Audi A6 center wheel caps removal

I have stock 2007 Audi a6 3.2 Quattro and I want to remove the center caps without removing the wheel is there any possible way doing it I searched every where couldn't find any thing

You have to take the wheels of. there is a metal ring holding it in place.

i got no choice but to jack every wheel up and pop it out from the inside this is precisely what i wanted to avoid but is that the only way?
