2014 Audi A7 TDI. Steering defective! Stop the vehicle
I recently bought a flood salvage Audi A7 TDI. I replaced most, if not all the fuses since a lot of them were taken out, everything works except power steering and a U0121 code.
Power steering is extremely stiff, once I replaced the fuse, it was less stuff, but still unsafe to drive. I've got many questions since I currently don't have a workshop manual.
1) There are 2x large orange 40/40 amp fuses in the luggage compartment, but a total of 4x slots, does anyone have a diagram of what they are and what is supposed to be there?
2) I've heard reflashing the ECU can be a trick, does the ECU have to do anything with steering?
3) Are there any extra steering control modules that I don't know about?
4) Is there anyway to go under the car to see if the steering rack is fully functioning?
Lots of questions, greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.

Hmm, is this a new thing for 3.0L Gen 2? I know they have buy back for Gen 1, but Gen 2 is fix only at the moment from what I know.
