From the title I obviously have an A8 with the Symphony Radio. I had a thread on here asking about my CD Changer. My head unit recognizes it, but the changer does not play any CDs. So I was told that I needed a new changer. The only problem is, where do I buy it? I don't necessarily want to go to the dealer (if they even carry them anymore), so where can I find one? Thanks.

 

I have ordered a few parts I was in need for when I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg from the dealer from http://oempl.us/ They are U.S Bases, found the parts I needed very fast and less than half of what the Dealer charges. Even though they will not show the part on their website most likely, they can get it. I checked ebay and didn't see anything.

 

If you want to buy a used one you can pick one up from www.shokan.com for dirt cheap. The dealer of course is gonna have brand new ones, but i also hear that Blaupunkt (bad spelling) makes a direct replacement cd changer for a little less. The stock cd changer is only about $300 though.
