Default 2006 A8 Brakepads

So it's getting close to the time where I have to replace my old stock OEM brakepads for 2006 Audi A8

I am looking for new brakepads (yellow, green, red) but I'm not sure which one would be the best one.. And do they come with wires for the sensors as well?

I want to find quiet brakepads that don't make such a loud sound when braking (for evereyday use driving of course!)

Any recommendations out there?

Thanks in advance!

Default Brakepads

Hi Nero4
I am in the same position. I heard the EBC Reds are the best.
I am about to change out my front brakes. I am still trying to figure out the back brakes and using the VAS 5051 to reset the emergency brake

i replaced my brake pads on all 4 corners in Feb and I went with akibono in the rears (very low dust/no noise) and I used Hawk pads up front from Andrew racing and I am with them. The front pads also comes with the sensor wires

Where did you order those brake pads from?

went with akebonos on the rear as well and hawk up front. Lot of dust though even though i do a lot of city driving. I would seek out EBC which is what ill try after the hawk set is gone. Front brake are straight forward but you will need Vag for the rear.
