2008 Q7, Weather got cold and my low coolant light came on!! was fine all summer and autumn but as soon as weather dropped below freezing low coolant light appeared. any one else having issue!! I seem to have to add coolant every week now. No smell, no sign of leaking.

 

No issue here in AL. Recommend to do a coolant pressure test the cold brings out the crazy things.

 

I agree with SMITH2010QY....metals contract in cold temps, and if any sealing surfaces or gaskets are "marginal" fluid can leak out until everything is warmed up.
