I believe the title says it all..

So we are starting to look at Premium SUVs so I'm not going to bore you with the other brands we are looking at, but have many questions about the Q5..

After driving 2.0 and 3.0 TDI I'm in love with the TDI, the amount of torque that engine makes is incredible I'm also trying to justify the additional cost of the TDI engine. This is a long term purchase of at least 10 yrs, so the fuel savings will add up. What other equipment comes standard on the Premium Plus 2.0 vs Premium plus TDI?

Does Audi have MSDs (Multi Security Deposits) on leases like BMW? Also does Audi have a balloon payment option in the purchase side like both MB and BMW?

I would like to hear peoples thoughts between the 2.0 and TDI.

We ordered a 2015 Q5 with 3.0 TDI Premium Plus, the Technology package and nice floor mats. We went TDI in part to avoid potential issues with carbon build up.

We did not see much difference in the std sound system vs B&O when in traffic, in highway or when having conversation in car.

In the US, Audi is offering limited incentives. They have one for leasing that may interest you. If you pay up the value of the lease, you get a very good discount.

So what did you pay for your TDI? and what do you mean "if you pay up to the value of the lease"?

 

Regarding the lease, Pls check with the Audi dealer for facts. The way I understood it is that we get the discount if we pay off the lease up front when we take delivery of the car.

Haven't talked numbers yet with the dealer, that is why I'm on this forum, having owned a couple of BMW's I understand how BMW does their lease deals, I'm new to Audi..
