There's actually 5 fuse panels. One under the left cowl panel, one on each end of the instrument panel, one on top of the battery under the drivers seat and one more in the right side of the luggage area behind the access trim panel. I'm pretty sure the fuse you are looking for is in the left instrument panel box.

Open the door and on the very end of the panel you will see a trim cover. There's a notch along the edge of it. Use a small screwdriver and pry out and it'll pop off. It's held by 3 or 4 spring clips. It should be a 20 amp fuse, can't say which position number it is though.

I am having the same issue in my 2008 Q7, 12v sockets in rear don't work. Did changing out the fuse fix the problem?

Hello, exactly same problem here (2014 Q7). Looks like 12v socket is not working. Therefore, I can't locate fuse My friend told me, that fuse box is similar to Q5, but I replaced fuse no. 4 in panel C (I was using this diagram, maybe is not correct?) and socket is still not working. Appreciate any help!
