RE: Keyless entry not working (yes i changed the battery)
I don't have my manual handy or I would love to help. It has something to do with holding down the button on your keyfob and then hitting the buttons manually on your car at the same time. Maybe somebody else can give some more specific instructions. Try a Google search for it too.

Take one key and turn the ignition to on.
Close the door
put in the other key and turn it all the way to the right, press the lock button on the remote 1 time
Turn the key back to center for 2-4 seconds
Turn the key all the way to the left and press the unlock button
Took me a few trys but now it works!

Keyless and key entry problems.
I have a similar issue if anyone can help. My 1997 TT will not unlock using the remote, or the drivers door entry Key. I have checked remote battery and also the car battery which are fine. Jacking the car to get to the battery , sets off the alarm, horn and hazards . About a month ago I had the drivers door replaced due to an accident. I have had to have the car recovered as can not gain entry and is in park with the handbrake on. Any ideas. Would the door repair if not reassembled correctly caused this. Had no problems until yesterday.

Audis tend to have very sensitive alarms, especially interior. If you have it armed while you are trying to jack it up, it will likely set off the alarm.
Are you saying that even by using the key manually it will not unlock?
