Rear pop-up spoiler stuck!
Hi!
Have been driving the new TT for some while now but its a rental car and not my own.
Picket up the car yesterday from the rental company and drove it to my hotel. I had poped up the spoiler manually and left it up when I went inside the hotel for an hour or two. After that the spoiler went down by it selfI think when driving on the highway when passing 110km/h(usually when it goes up)and then driving less then 90km/h (when it goes down). Later that dayI got an error and the spoiler won't pop-up when driving on the high way again. Not automaticlly or manually. Do you people think somebody sabotaged it or is this a normal problem on this car?
This is the second time its stuck. Last time it stuck half-way down when i manually took it up and down, think even it was the same car. (They have more then one rental TT)
I'm thinking of buying the new TT but if this is a common problem maybe I shouldn't
And also, is it any dangerous driving faster then let say 110 - 150 - 200km/h with the spoiler down?

RE: Rear pop-up spoiler stuck!
Fixed the spoiler... opened the trunk and then moved the spoiler in-out a couple of timesand it worked.
think it was one of the sensors not touching or something.
But with my luck todayI run into the rear of a suzuki swiftat 5 km/h at a red light... no mark at all at the TT and just little scratched paint on her new car... have to fill out a full report and pay for the insurance[&o]
